Each 59 Player buckle is machine-milled from solid aluminum in a rugged yet stylish black powder coat finish. We have been able to pass along savings to you by drastically reducing the time and cost to produce these great looking designs. We did this by changing metals from 303 stainless to aluminum (a much softer and quicker material to mill) and by powder coating rather than hand polishing the buckles. The 59 Player retains the unique style and craftsmanship you’ve come to expect from 59. And, like all of our buckles, each 59 Player buckle is individually milled and assembled by hand in the USA.
